The Program Aide / Youth Development Professional plans, implements and supervises members, and evaluates activities and outcomes within a specific program area, supporting our priority outcome areas of Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character and Citizenship.
Are you passionate about working with children and creating unforgettable summer experiences? The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Conejo Valley is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Summer Camp Counselors (Youth Development Professionals)!
This is a temporary opportunity through August 9, perfect for those looking to gain hands-on experience in youth development while having fun and making a positive impact.
Gain valuable experience working with elementary-aged children. Engage in fun, hands-on activities while fostering a safe and supportive environment. Work in a dynamic, collaborative setting with a passionate team. Flexible part-time schedule.

Qualifications :
Experience working with children in group settings (camps, schools, or after-school programs)
Requirements : Must pass a fingerprint background check & TB test. TB clearance required before starting (renewed every four years). Reliable transportation to program locations
