Recruiting Coordinator – Seattle, WA

Full-time | In-Office | Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

What You’ll Do

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruiting team and ensuring an excellent experience for both job seekers and clients. You will :

Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.

Assist with onboarding, documentation, and compliance.

Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms.

Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.

Provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact for applicants.

Support recruiters in sourcing candidates and preparing them for client opportunities.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Professional communication skills—both written and verbal.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.

Previous administrative, HR, or recruiting support experience is a plus.

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
