Summary of Position
The Web & Digital Content Coordinator plays a vital role within Red Rocks Community College's Marketing and Communications team, serving as the lead strategist and administrator for the College's public-facing website and related digital platforms. This full-time position is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing high-quality, accessible, and brand-aligned content that supports strategic enrollment goals and enhances the overall user experience.
Acting as the College's subject matter expert on web content and digital strategy, the coordinator oversees content planning, SEO, accessibility compliance, and content governance. This role collaborates with departments across campus to ensure information is accurate, engaging, and placed appropriately within the College's digital ecosystem. The coordinator also provides CMS training and support to content editors, ensuring consistency in tone, usability, and accessibility standards. In addition, this position is responsible for managing and updating online forms (e.g., Formstack) across campus, ensuring they remain current, functional, accessible, and aligned with College branding and operational needs.
A key responsibility of this role is to stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and tools in digital content, UX / UI design, and web development. The coordinator is expected to proactively identify opportunities to improve the website's performance, usability, and impact-leveraging analytics and best practices to guide content strategy and continuously support institutional goals. This position requires a balance of technical knowledge, creative problem-solving, and strong communication skills to effectively manage complex web projects in a collaborative academic environment.

Starting Salary
Starting salary range for this position is $72,159 to $79,375 annually, commensurate with education and experience. This is a full-time, FLSA-exempt position. This position has been exempted from the State Classified System.
