CPA Audit Manager

A company is looking for an Audit Manager - Contract. Key Responsibilities Assist with wrap-up and review after audit fieldwork, including finalizing work papers and checklists Review draft financial statements and related audit documents Report audit findings to stakeholders and train other staff members Required Qualifications Public accounting experience within the past five years BA / BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting CPA required Proficiency in US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Auditing Standards (GAAS and PCAOB) Resident of the United States and authorized to work in the United States
