Key Responsibilities Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships Quickly triage and escalate noteworthy findings from Falcon Intelligence Recon to customers Guide customers through findings and provide subject matter expertise Required Qualifications Working knowledge of cyber threat intelligence and the intelligence lifecycle Knowledge of dark and deep web ecosystems, including actors and forums Ability to operate independently with minimal direction Customer service attitude and willingness to assist customers Knowledge of data communication concepts and technologies
