Our firm is seeking an experienced senior attorney who is adept at handling a large caseload and familiar with all aspects of the trial process, particularly drafting pleadings, motions, notices, and working toward a resolution. Compensation :

150,000+ total DOE

Responsibilities :

  • Anticipate, prepare for, and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration on behalf of clients
  • Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests and responses
  • Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
  • Keep apprised of changes to local, state, and federal statutes and laws
  • Provide guidance and advice to associate attorneys and paralegals to resolve or prevent conflicts

Qualifications :

  • Able to work independently while handling multiple files
  • Previous experience advocating for clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration
  • 5 years of required experience as a senior associate in the legal field
  • Persuasive writing skills and verbal communication skills are critical, along with time management and interpersonal skills
  • Admitted to local and state bar associations
