Your Day-to-Day :

• The person will be supporting solar farm design and construction.
• In this position, you will be responsible for managing 3rd party contractor teams to develop engineering designs for solar projects.
• Project engineering responsibilities span from initial concept definition to construction and final commissioning and require continuous coordination with diverse project stakeholders such as environmental, procurement, transmission services, and project managers for both early stage and construction.
• The successful candidate will have experience applying value engineering to balance reliability, cost, and performance for complex systems, along with thorough knowledge of the various applicable engineering disciplines including electrical, structural, civil, and materials.
• The successful candidate will have outstanding verbal and written communications skills, along with a record of coordinating project stakeholders and mobilizing teams of engineers to achieve business objectives.
• The preferred candidate will have experience successfully managing schedules and budgets for major capital projects.

Who You Are :

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team :

Education :

Minimum -Bachelor of Science in Engineering. This is a requirement. Discipline can be electrical, civil, mechanical, aerospace or chemical.

Experience :

substation, transmission, etc

Remote work is okay. Ideally looking for candidates who live near Florida. Even if remote, candidates would be expected to travel to the office in Juno Beach periodically. Trips to Juno Beach would be more frequent in the first 3-6 months as the candidate settles into the role.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $69 hourly.
