Regal Staffing Services is hiring a driven and detail-oriented Lead Recruiter / Admin to join our team!
In this key role, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between some of our highest-volume clients and our internal operations team. You’ll oversee the daily staffing needs at the customer site while building and strengthening long-term partnerships.
As a Lead Recruiter / Admin, you’ll go beyond day-to-day coordination—you’ll proactively identify opportunities to add value through strategic problem-solving, streamlined service, and differentiated client support. Your leadership will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction, workforce efficiency, and continued growth.
Open Shifts :
3rd Shift : Monday – Friday 6 : 00 pm to 2 : 30 am. (subject to change based on business needs).
Flexibility on hours is a must, depending on business needs.
Must be flexible to train between 8 : 00am and 5 : 00pm at the branch office (76011).
Environment : climate-controlled warehouse
Dress code : Business casual (jeans, and comfortable shoes, with Regal polo)
Timeline for hire : ASAP
Pay rate : $19.00 / hr. DOE

Essential Job Functions :
Project and plan for workforce demand fluctuations.Accurately complete multiple reports within the allocated timeframe.Interact with the Regal workforce and select key customer personnel on the production floor.Process, submit, and distribute weekly payroll.Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding.Enforce Regal as well as customer policies and procedures.Conduct regular staff safety meetings campaigns.Attend site meetings.Respond to and report any site incidents.Adhere to Regal Staffing Services employment policies and standards including but not limited to dress code, code of conduct, punctuality, internet and phone usage policies, use of company resources.Requirements :
High School Diploma or GED, college preferred.Minimum 2 years of recent relevant work experience.Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook) and willingness to learn new programs.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Decision-making skills and the ability to lead others in a challenging, performance-driven environment.Willingness to work a flexible schedule as required.Unsurpassed professionalism and the ability to communicate with customers and at all levels within the organization.Technical repair background.Recruiting / staffing experience a plus.Compensation / Reporting :
