Apartment Leasing Consultant – LIHTC Experience Required

Location : North Little Rock, AR

Pay : Up to $18 per hour

Schedule : Monday–Friday, rotating weekends required

An apartment community in North Little Rock, AR is seeking a professional and personable Leasing Consultant to support a lease-up. This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in LIHTC housing who thrives in a fast-paced leasing environment and is ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents

Process applications and lease documents in compliance with LIHTC regulations

Support lease-up efforts to meet occupancy goals

Maintain accurate records of prospects and residents

Provide excellent customer service and build positive resident relationships

Assist with marketing, outreach, and resident retention

Requirements :

LIHTC experience is required

Lease-up experience preferred

Prior apartment leasing or property management experience

Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills

Outgoing, professional personality and a team player

Ability to work rotating weekends as part of the schedule
