Hiring for MA / Care Coordinator Full Time
Overview
Provides point of care for assigned physician, including promptly responding to patient telephone calls, scheduling the patients, providing assistance in authorization needs and any other functions as assigned. Ensures excellent Patient Service, for patients and families, physicians and staff, and visitors. Upholds the mission statement and expectations of the facility.
Licensure and Certification :
Requires : Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) diploma, radiology certification preferred. Current BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) required and / or graduate from accredited medical assistant program.
Experience Required
Two years previous experience with scheduling. Computer skills, basic office skills, knowledge of medical terminology required.
