As a Production Supervisor you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Leading shift activities for crew in assigned department, expected to drive results in EHS, Quality, and Productivity which align with plant goals.
• Ensuring a safe working environment through formal inspections / audits, correcting unsafe behaviors, safety / crew meetings, and utilizing proper work methods, procedures and equipment
• Investigating incidents, problem solving and root cause analysis (EHS and quality)
• Providing direct supervision and development to production and / or hourly employees
• Being the primary plant management representative responsible for off shift activities.
