Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support their First Responder Solutions team. Key Responsibilities Identify, analyze, and document business needs, translating them into actionable technical and functional requirements Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives throughout the project lifecycle Produce key deliverables such as business requirements documents (BRDs) and process flow diagrams while supporting testing and validation efforts Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, Master's degree with 6 years of experience, or High School diploma with 12 years of experience U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident authorized to work in the United States 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in mission-critical or public safety environments Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation Experience supporting product-focused initiatives and collaborating with Product Owners
