Some things you can expect to do :
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years’ strong administrative experience, with an interest in real estate management. You must have strong organizational skills, basic accounting / financial knowledge, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a helpful attitude when interacting with building occupants. Must have an intermediate to advanced level of understanding with MS Word and Excel.
