New York-based construction services firm is seeking Assistant Project Manager candidates with 1-5 years of experience in public sector work and / or residential / commercial ground-up experience.
Supporting a project’s Project Executive and Project Manager(s), our Assistant Project Managers are responsible for a variety of duties which will deviate depending on the individual skills of the APM. However, we expect all of our APMs to view their position as one of transition with a career path growth expected.
The following is a general list of responsibilities. This is not a comprehensive list and will be changed in accordance with project need and as directed by Management :
OSHA 30 preferred, additional OSHA training and / or CMIT certification are welcome.
Qualified candidates must have excellent communication and computer proficiency with common programs such as E-Builder, Procore, Plangrid, P6, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, etc.
The ability to multi-task, as well as carry themselves in a professional manner at all times.
