Business Operations Executive to CEO – Full-Time, Travel Required

We're looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Business Executive to support a fast-moving entrepreneur across multiple companies in real estate, roofing, and business consulting. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a dynamic team while gaining exposure to multiple industries and deals. You aren't afraid to get your hands on the ball and get out and execute and may be sent out to the field or be on the jobsite with us.

What You'll Do

This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk role - you'll be on the ground, traveling, coordinating, and directly involved in day-to-day execution. Work closely with the CEO to manage priorities, and follow-ups. Handle client-facing tasks such as coordinating calls, preparing documents, and following up with partners and vendors. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and basic computer work. Support day-to-day operations across multiple businesses, go out to the field with us and do whatever needs to get done. Assist with project tracking and task management. Travel regularly for meetings, site visits, and events (flights + lodging covered). Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

Must live in the U.S. (willing to relocate or travel as needed). Able to allocate 40 hours per week to the company. Willing to travel frequently (domestic flights, occasional extended trips). Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Tech-savvy with experience using scheduling, project management, and communication tools. Business Experience & Entrepreneurial Experience highly preferred. If you need to be home every week, this probably won't be for you.

Compensation

15–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Commission opportunities on closed deals

Shares in select ventures for long-term contributors

Travel expenses covered
