Position Summary
As a Personal Care Aide, you’ll provide hands-on assistance with daily activities that help clients remain safe, healthy, and comfortable at home.
From personal hygiene to mobility support, your care will be rooted in respect and tailored to each client’s unique needs.

What You’ll Do
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygieneSupport safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation (inside and outside the home)Help clients with exercises or therapy activities as directedMonitor and report changes in condition or concerns to supervisorsPrepare meals and assist with feeding as neededPerform light housekeeping related to client careProvide companionship and emotional supportMaintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirementsDocument care provided in our agency system (AxisCare)Full-Time Caregiver Benefits

Age 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent preferredNurse aide training, preferably with current CNA certificationPrior caregiving experience (family or professional) strongly preferredCPR certification (American Heart Association) or willingness to obtainKnowledge of safe transfer techniques and personal care best practicesPhysical ability to lift, bend, and support clients as neededExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassion, patience, and cultural sensitivityReliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if required for assignments)Ability to pass background check and TB clearance per Hawaii law (HAR §11-700)We’re especially looking for weekend help!
