Project Manager Specializing In Outsystems Development

As a Project Manager specializing in Outsystems development, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering successful development projects. This position offers a balanced work-life integration and requires strong project management skills and technical proficiency in Outsystems. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. In this role, you will :

• Lead project planning sessions to ensure timely delivery of Outsystems development projects.
• Oversee the progress of projects and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project success.
• Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation for project tasks.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Salary and Other Compensation : This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
