What You'll Do
Assist with shipping and receiving documentationAssist with the research of detailing, fabrication and field problemsCoordinate and assist with customer accounts by scheduling material and deliveries, along with conducting any research of field problems, detailing, fabrication, and / or changes to scope of workCoordinate with the customer and scheduling personnel to schedule material deliveries; to include accounting for any changes in scope of workCoordinates with Sales Department to schedule estimates / proposal bids while coordinating / communicating any changes in the scope of workEnsure the highest level of customer service is taking place and all efforts are taken to satisfy customer needs at all levels, including : phone calls, meetings, etc.Maintains a desirable work area and accurate documentation of records for each jobProduce accurate and detailed rebar placing drawings that conform to industry and company standards for various structures; to include the material list for shop fabricationWhat You'll Need
1 - 2 years previous experience and / or knowledge with AutoCAD and reading blueprintsAbility to read and comprehend construction specifications and drawings drafting experienceAbility to work overtime as necessary outside of normally scheduled shift with little or no advance notification required, including weekendsExcellent customer service including follow through, Time management, Planning / organization and prioritizingProficient in MS Office programs – Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint & BluebeamYour Education
