Freight Forwarder is looking for Ari Export Specialist

Air Export Operations 2nd Shift

Location : Inglewood, CA 90301

Working Schedule : Tue-Fri ( 1PM -10PM ) , Sat (9AM-6PM)

Sunday and Monday Off

We will train you.

  • Airline pouch document breakdown – distribute related paperwork to the department in charge
  • Breakbulk confirmation on System – Data entry
  • Routine Turn Over operation – submit arrival notice to customs
  • broker depending on how quickly learn and when time permits
  • Coordinate with clients and shippers to ensure continuity with shipping details
  • Maintain an effective data management system to track all shipments and deliveries
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Data Entry

Qualifications and Skills

  • Any experience in freight forwarding / Logistics is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint )
  • Exceptional customer service & problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivation, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and accept new challenges
  • Working in the office within varying team environments is a must
  • Good communication skills (writing in English)
  • Good math skills
  • AA degree is required
