Job Overview : As an Assistant Community Association Manager, you’ll be responsible for assisting the management of the property in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Supports the Community Manager in supervision of all community associates.
  • Respond promptly to resident inquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Administrative Tasks :

  • Greet and direct Residents, guests and invitees.
  • Maintain accurate records, including resident files, financial documents, and maintenance logs.
  • Assist with preparation and distribution of notices and updates for residents.
  • Coordinate scheduling for building services, maintenance, and repairs.
  • May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
  • Financial Management :

  • Support the Property Manager in managing budgets, reviewing financial statements, and tracking expenses.
  • Assist with the collection of association fees.
  • Assist in supervising on-site staff.
  • Liaise with contractors and vendors to coordinate services and ensure timely completion of work.
  • Monitor vendor contracts to ensure compliance with agreements and quality standards.

    Compliance and Safety :

  • Ensure the building complies with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as association policies.
  • Monitor safety protocols and emergency preparedness plans, assisting in training and implementation.
  • Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of property management experience, preferably condominium or high rise setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Computer literacy, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Florida CAM license is a plus but not a must.
  • Must agree to obtain CAM license within 6 months of employment.
