If you are self-motivated, organized and have outstanding customer service skills, you could thrive in this environment!
Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholdersOwn all aspects of the customer experience from the office processDaily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progressCreate preliminary scopes of work to be passed on to estimating teamReview and validate job site documentationWork closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to endCollaborate and assist with other departments, as neededParticipate in the after-hours on call rotation (Additional compensation will be provided)Position Requirements :
High school diploma / GED (preferred)At least 2 years of customer service and / or office-related experienceAbility to multitask and to remain detail-orientedMust be knowledgeable in relevant computer applicationsSkills / Physical Demands / Competencies :
This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
