Are you hardworking, reliable, and ready to learn a skilled trade? We're looking for motivated team members to join our growing gutter installation crews. We provide hands-on training, clear advancement steps, and competitive pay as you move up. Apprentice Level 3.

About the Role

Highest apprentice stage before full installer. You can install sections independently and prep jobs fully.

Responsibilities

Independently install sections of gutter
Assist with jobsite layout and pitch control
Train helpers on basics
Prepare full job setups with minimal direction

Advancement Opportunity

When instructed by Head Installer, confidently ask for customer reviews

Show readiness to run jobs as a full installer

Compensation : $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
