Overview

The Account Manager serves as the liaison between clients, the internal graphic design team, the purchasing manager, and the warehouse / shipping department.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with small, medium, and large companies to support their design, printing, and marketing product needs. Whether clients are creating promotional items for special events or developing customized portfolios and packaging designs, you’ll guide them through a wide array of product options to ensure they get exactly what they need. Account Managers are responsible for building strong relationships and maintaining professional business partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients in your portfolio, ensuring consistent communication and support.
  • Stay informed and ahead of the curve by keeping up to date with vendor catalogs, allowing you to offer clients the best and most current product options.
  • Guide clients through product selection, helping them choose the right items, color schemes, and design elements to bring their vision to life.
  • Collaborate with the graphic design team to relay creative ideas and produce compelling samples that exceed client expectations.
  • Partner with the Purchasing Manager to develop accurate and competitive quotes tailored to each order.
  • Serve as the central point of contact, managing all correspondence between clients and internal departments throughout the entire sales process.
  • Coordinate delivery and storage logistics with the warehouse and Purchasing Manager to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment

Qualifications and Skills

  • 4 year college degree
  • At least 6 months of professional office experience in customer service, account management or sales.
  • Team player
  • experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Schedule : Monday - Friday (8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM)

    Compensation : $40,000-$55,000 Annually
