Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update vendor and customer master data with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in auditing compliance with Standard Internal Controls
- Support external financial audit processes by preparing documentation and reports
- Research and help implement automation tools for financial reporting
- Provide support to Accounts Payable during team transitions
- Conduct audits of general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Contribute to Lean Administration initiatives aimed at improving financial workflows
- Participate in various finance and accounting projects as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plusExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Skills
