PC Technician

A company is looking for a PC Technician to provide technical support and assistance with system hardware and software. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support through phone, email, and chat Assist with installation, configuration, and usability of system hardware and software Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and conduct daily health checks for network and applications Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, M.Sc, or MCA 7-9 years of relevant hands-on experience in tech support Experience troubleshooting Windows OS and macOS Basic experience with remote management solutions Knowledge of networking equipment and systems
