Job Title : Reporting Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Reporting Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining and managing our reporting platform, as well as developing custom performance reports for key clients. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of digital campaign performance metrics, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting Platform Management

  • Conduct daily quality checks to ensure campaign data is accurately flowing into dashboards
  • Monitor for data inconsistencies or system issues and escalate to the Ad Tech Manager when necessary
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic reporting or platform issues
  • Own manual mapping tasks and ensure data integrity across all reports

Client Reporting & Insights

  • Develop custom reports and presentation materials using data from the reporting platform
  • Craft clear, client-ready summaries that highlight campaign performance, key takeaways, and growth opportunities
  • Structure reporting to align with each client’s specific business goals and media objectives
  • Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and visually clear (strong design skills not required, but an eye for layout and presentation is important)
  • Data Storytelling & Analysis

  • Analyze campaign performance across various media types and tactics
  • Identify performance trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
  • Provide clear context and narrative around data to help clients understand campaign impact
  • Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from complex datasets
  • Experience working with digital advertising metrics and performance reporting
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools or reporting platforms preferred
  • Basic understanding of digital media tactics and campaign strategies
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly in simplifying complex information for non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data analysis, or a related field preferred.
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively.
  • This position requires someone who is both technically proficient and client-focused—able to maintain the accuracy and efficiency of our reporting systems while also delivering thoughtful, strategic reporting to support our clients’ success.
