Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Fulfillment leadership to enhance performance and process improvements Lead strategic planning and execution for Fulfillment functions, defining roadmaps and overseeing initiatives Partner with Product and Engineering teams to implement solutions that improve borrower experience and operational KPIs Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience in the mortgage industry with knowledge of multiple mortgage functions Proven track record of identifying and executing cross-functional strategies Proficiency in Encompass, Salesforce, and Tableau preferred Experience in leveraging data and analytics for decision-making Experience working with product and engineering teams to deploy technology solutions is desirable
