We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is someone who is compassionate, patient, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or social media channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, order status, billing, and account information.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds as necessary.
- Provide customers with information on products, promotions, and company policies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).Proficiency in using customer service software and databases.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.Empathy, patience, and adaptability to interact effectively with diverse customer personalities.Benefits
