Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician to support students in a high school setting in Salinas, CA. This role is pivotal in providing direct behavioral support and guidance to enhance student learning and development.

Qualifications :

  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, particularly in educational settings
  • Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
  • Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators and support staff
  • Patience and empathy in handling diverse student needs

    • Responsibilities :

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a qualified professional
  • Provide direct support to students, facilitating positive behavioral outes
