California Licensed Portfolio Manager

A company is looking for a Property Management Portfolio Manager to manage small multifamily properties and investor-owned portfolios. Key Responsibilities Independently manage a portfolio of small multifamily properties and investor-owned portfolios, serving as the main point of contact for each owner Oversee rental rate setting, lease negotiations, and enforce lease agreements while managing maintenance requests and client issues Develop strong client relationships and refine systems tailored to small multifamily and multi-owner portfolios Required Qualifications Degree in real estate, property management, business administration or a related field preferred Must have an active California Real Estate license 5+ years of experience in residential property management, preferably with small multifamily or portfolio-level oversight Working knowledge of property regulations and proficiency in property management software Strong organizational and time management skills
