Job Description

Your Role as Traveling Superintendent :

  • Lead all on-site field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage daily site activities, subcontractors, safety enforcement, and construction schedules.
  • Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Keep detailed site documentation including logs, reports, and inspections.
  • Communicate proactively with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project flow.

Your Role as Traveling Project Manager :

  • Own the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through close-out.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Handle contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation efficiently.
  • Drive quality assurance, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery of critical infrastructure.
