Your Role and Responsibilities :
Design and implement individualized treatment and behavioral support plansDevelop new programs and adjust existing ones based on ongoing assessmentCollaborate with a treatment team including directors, parents, and other support networksProvide training, supervision, and support to clinicians and therapistsMaintain open communication with funding sources regarding client progressBalance a caseload of billable hours alongside supervisory dutiesRequirements
What We're Looking For :
Required : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR a Master’s degree with completed ABA courseworkRequired : Knowledge of ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportationExcellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skillsProficiency in written and spoken English; fluency in a foreign language is a plusAbility to engage in higher-level management functions as neededStrong communication skills to routinely engage with team members regarding schedules and client needsBilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!Requirements
