Machine Operator I

Job Summary (List Format) :

• Monitor and operate manufacturing equipment according to documented procedures and maintain operational logbooks
• Provide technicians with information about equipment failures as needed
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance (PM) following procedures
• Support material handling and ensure segregation of materials lots and receiving numbers
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Adhere to and demonstrate compliance with all company and department standard operating procedures including GMP device history record hazard communication and safety rules
• Utilize written procedures and training for assigned tasks
• Accept full accountability for product quality
• Report unresolved problems to supervisor or management
• Maintain complete and accurate records of work-in-process component inventories and related documentation
• Operate manufacturing equipment under supervision following established specifications SOPs and work instructions
• Demonstrate ongoing learning of all equipment and jobs in assigned area
• Follow supervisors instructions and observe the quality of raw and finished goods throughout production
