A company is looking for a Consumer Lending Customer Insurance Representative. Key Responsibilities Provide one call / touch resolution for consumer lending product inquiries from members and internal customers Act as a liaison between vendors, carriers, and customers to resolve issues and facilitate insurance cancellations and transfers Process refunds and manage insurance-related documentation while assisting with quoting and policy reviews Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Five years of customer service experience, with three years in insurance / lending products High school diploma or equivalent; a two-year college degree is preferred Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications Experience with insurance software and products No specific licenses or certifications required
