MIG Welder Details :

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05 : 00am to 03 : 30pm)
  • MIG weld aluminum table and cart frames accurately and efficiently.
  • Use hand tools safely and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Lift 40–50 lbs consistently; assist other departments as needed.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
  • Flexible schedule with potential overtime and some Fridays.

    • MIG Welder Qualifications :

  • Fluent English required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of MIG welding experience, preferably with aluminum.
  • Ability to lift 40–50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production sequences.
  • Knowledge of hand tools and general shop safety procedures.
  • Commitment to a minimum 2-year tenure due to extensive training investment.
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
