Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sr. Workday Reporting Analyst with hands-on experience in Workday reporting. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and continuous improvement of HR reports and dashboards within Workday. In addition, the role will manage projects related to reporting initiatives and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of key HR technology projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday reporting tools, an ability to translate business needs into actionable reports, and experience managing medium-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is :
83,430.00 - $222,480.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
