Primoris Power Solutions is seeking an Engineer II in the Fort Worth, Texas market. The Engineer II is an intermediate level position, with limited supervision from senior-level engineers or project managers, that is responsible for the performance of engineering tasks related to power distribution design including final QA / QC within the Power Delivery Engineering team. The incumbent is required to demonstrate strong technical acumen with exceptional problem-solving ability to understand complex modeling applications and develops modernization of overhead and underground distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provides development and design services on overhead and underground utility distribution line projects.
• Responsible for managing on multiple projects and able to prioritize.
• Interfaces with utility clients and collaborates with design team.
• Prepares and develops distribution voltage construction packages for both overhead and underground construction.
• Utilizes GIS information to aide in design.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and instruction to less experienced staff members.
• Conducts field walkdowns.
• Prepares calculations and equipment specifications.
• Experience as an engineer in the utility construction.
• Hybrid office and remote.
