Inventory Control Supervisor

A company is looking for an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee inventory management and controls. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day inventory control and execute cycle counts for raw and packaging materials Coordinate with warehouse teams and external partners to resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain data accuracy Supervise and develop a team of Inventory Coordinators, ensuring consistent support and performance management Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of experience in inventory management, including audits and reconciliations Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems focused on inventory management Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis Demonstrated ability to adapt processes to optimize inventory control best practices
