Lead Tech Product Manager

A company is looking for a Lead Tech Product Manager for New Mexico or Missouri. Key Responsibilities Align technology strategy with market and enterprise needs, developing a market-specific technology roadmap Provide thought leadership in technology and healthcare innovations to enhance health plan efficiency and customer experience Develop trusted partner relationships internally and externally, advocating for technology needs with stakeholders Required Qualifications 7+ years of professional experience in technology, product management, or operations 5+ years of cross-functional initiative management in an enterprise environment 3+ years of experience leading teams or as an individual contributor in a matrixed organization Medicare / Medicaid or healthcare industry experience Must reside in New Mexico or Missouri
