Quality Assurance Manager
The Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) position is focused on maintaining local compliance with State, Federal and BrightSpring Health requirements. The QAM provides leadership oversight to operations in meeting goals and ensure safety and satisfaction for individuals supported. The QAM will work with local programs within your region to develop, coordinate, implement, and monitor quality assurance initiatives and training programs to ensure the delivery of high quality supports to the people and organizations we serve. Quality Assurance Managers play an integral part in ensuring operations meet regulatory and contractual compliance and maintain integrity of documentation to support service delivery.
Responsibilities include conducting quality assurance and operational reviews, generating reports, and identifying desirable corrective and preventative actions. The QAM creates and distributes schedules for quality assurance checks and full audits to ensure audits are completed on a consistent and timely basis. They maintain current knowledge of area program regulatory and company requirements to ensure accurate quality assurance review. The QAM follows company procedure and practice for completing various program quality assessment audits and completes utilization reviews on a consistent and timely basis. They also complete follow-up of Quality Assurance audits on a timely basis, requests and attends training to maintain current knowledge of area program regulatory and company requirements, and provide in-services for programmatic staff when requested. The QAM maintains required training per company guidelines and policy, establishes and maintains corrective action plans and follow up to ensure timely resolution of identified issues, and completes other duties as assigned. Travel required across service area, transportation provided.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, experience conducting quality assurance and continuous improvement activities preferred, three plus years' experience in quality management, excellent customer service skills, and knowledge or previous experience working in an office setting with computers, phones, and other related tasks.
Salary Range : USD $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 / Year
