Job Title : ServiceNow CSM Developer

Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) Developer to join our team onsite in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow CSM solutions, integrations, and configurations aligned with business requirements. The role requires deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform with a focus on the CSM module.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop ServiceNow CSM applications and modules
- Customize and configure Customer Service Management workflows, portals, case management, and knowledge management
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Implement integrations between ServiceNow CSM and third-party systems (REST, SOAP APIs)
- Develop scripts (client / server), business rules, UI policies, and data policies as required
- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing
- Create and maintain documentation for configuration, development, and deployment activities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow developers
Required Qualifications :
7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development3+ years specifically working with ServiceNow CSM moduleStrong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and componentsExperience with scripting languages including JavaScript and GlideExperience building portals and configuring service catalogs within CSMHands-on experience with integrations using REST / SOAP APIsSolid understanding of Agile and SDLC processesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred :
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ServiceNow CSM Implementation Specialist CertificationExperience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, or FSM is a plus
