We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Savannah, Georgia. In this long-term contract role, you will provide technical support to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and devices. Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and resolve issues with PCs, printers, and scanners to ensure seamless functionality.
- Provide support for Windows 10 & 11 systems, addressing software and hardware concerns.
- Deliver on-site technical assistance to users, handling desk-side support requests.
- Perform imaging and re-imaging of desktop and laptop computers to maintain optimal performance.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications to meet user needs.
- Document system and application procedures, creating clear and accessible guidelines.
- Stay informed about technological advancements and identify ways to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 & 11, with a strong understanding of system functionalities.
- Familiarity with Active Directory for user account management and troubleshooting.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues with computer systems and peripherals.
- Ability to perform imaging and re-imaging processes for desktops and laptops.
- Skill in installing and configuring software applications based on user requirements.
- Strong documentation skills to record processes and procedures accurately.
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, while independently managing tasks.
- Aptitude for staying current with technology trends and applying them to improve support services.
