Job duties include :

Perform thorough assessments and accurate diagnostics of vehicles

Make confident decisions about whether repairs should be completed in-house or outsourced

Manage the shop with a focus on fast turnarounds, quality repairs, and operational efficiency

Lead and collaborate with team members to improve shop workflow and productivity

Identify areas of growth, cost savings, and process improvements with an entrepreneurial mindset

Experience :

Proven background as an automotive mechanic

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Previous leadership or decision-making experience in a shop setting

Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain urgency in daily operations

Confidence to make fast, informed decisions and lead by example

Job Types : Full-time

Pay : $40 - $60 per hour
