Sr. Security Engineer

• Lead administration and engineering of Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems ensuring secure and seamless access for users systems and applications.
• Administer and manage Zscaler ZPA (Zero Trust Network Access) including policies configurations and troubleshooting.
• Administer and maintain CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) including vault management session policies onboarding / offboarding privileged accounts and compliance reporting.
• Support and maintain Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for secure user and system access management.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra Connect Sync (Azure AD Connect) for hybrid identity synchronization.
• Provide basic administration and troubleshooting for VMware Azure VMs and underlying operating systems ( Windows and Linux RHEL ).
• Support networking VPN and zero-trust principles in secure access environments.
• Develop automation scripts in PowerShell to streamline IAM and PAM administration tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with compliance audit and security standards.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for IAM and PAM technologies and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
