What You’ll Do
Build Relationships : Connect with healthcare professionals, discharge planners, social workers, and other key referral sources.Drive Outreach : Conduct calls, meetings, and events to promote our Assisted Living communities.Facilitate Admissions : Guide prospective residents through the admissions process, ensuring a seamless transition.Promote Our Communities : Share information about care options, services, and amenities with potential residents and their families.What We’re Looking For
Education : Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.Experience : Prior experience in Assisted Living sales, case management, or social work.Knowledgeable : Familiarity with DHS guidelines for customized living and residential care services.Driven and Independent : Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.Aligned with Our Mission : A passion for senior housing and commitment to Sunflower Communities’ values.How to Apply
