Responsible for assembling products to specifications in a timely manner to meet customer demands. Perform assembly tasks as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
Responsible for putting together parts and components to create new products while adhering to BOM.
Responsible for verifying the correct quantities of component part and quality checking completed items.
Understanding basic ERP, computer, and scheduling requirements.
Follows technical instructions, reads, and interprets BOM.
Test finished products for defects.
Handle products in a manner where there is no damage or mishandling.
Quality spot checks with proper documentation.
Ensuring that all required tasks of the production lead / supervisor are completed safely and efficiently through meeting the company quality standards.
Maintaining a neat and well-maintained work area free of trash debris, plastic, cardboard, etc.
Performs additional duties as required.
Familiar with Production procedures, policies, goals and objectives.
Attention to detail and have excellent hand-eye coordination.
Able to use tools properly (e.g., wire stripper, pliers, and wrenches).
Exercise caution and strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.
Work well with a team and collaborate with other departments.
Ability to differentiate between colored wires (specifically but not limited to red, blue, green, orange, and yellow), tabs and electronic components.
Ability to interpret technical documentation.
