The Connexa Search Group is partnering with a growing company seeking a Territory Manager to support expansion efforts across a defined regional footprint. This is a client-facing, field-based role ideal for someone with a drive to build strong business relationships and grow strategic accounts.
You’ll be representing a well-established, mission-driven company that values agility, initiative, and collaboration. This role involves regular travel, relationship development, and a consultative sales approach with partner businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel within an assigned territory to maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and partners
- Identify opportunities for business growth and account development
- Provide field-based support and guidance to external stakeholders on products and services
- Contribute to the design and execution of territory-level strategies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldStrong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the fieldWillingness to travel frequently throughout the assigned regionPreferred Experience
