Job Description :

Are you driven to design products that push the limits of innovation, performance, and user experience? We're seeking a Design Engineer - Advanced Technology to lead the development of next-generation solutions that set new industry standards in functionality, efficiency, and connectivity.

What You'll Do

Drive product innovation across mechanical, electrical, structural, and hydraulic systems

Translate advanced concepts into real-world designs using 3D CAD (SolidWorks), simulations, and iterative testing

Lead development of smart product ecosystems, including embedded systems, PLC programming, and solid-state electronics (for Electrical Engineers)

Apply advanced modeling and data analysis to validate and optimize product performance

Recommend new materials and components to enhance function, reduce cost, or introduce novel capabilities

Collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to bring concepts to life

Mentor junior engineers and foster a high-performance, idea-driven culture

Support field testing and troubleshooting of prototype technologies in real-world settings

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Minimum of 2 years of experience in product design or development

Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks), data analysis tools, and engineering simulation

Strong ability to synthesize complex information and solve technical problems creatively

For Electrical Engineers : Experience in solid-state electronics, firmware / software (C, C++, C#, Visual Basic), and PLC programming is highly desirable

Bonus : Product development background or entrepreneurial mindset

Preferred : Familiarity with Generative AI or Machine Learning in engineering applications
