Exciting Opportunity at Suburban Pest Control for a Field Supervisor.

At Suburban Pest Control, we are hiring for a Field Supervisor to oversee and coordinate operations in the field / office. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of service professionals, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining efficient workflow. Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role in the pest control industry.
  • Pest Control License(Must Have).
  • Drivers License(Must Have).
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using technology for job-related tasks.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise field operations and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor service professionals to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate with other departments to optimize field operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Manage schedules, assignments, and resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Prepare reports on field operations and provide feedback to management for process improvement.
