Honeywell Flight Management System (FMS) Datalink are advanced Avionics Communication solutions designed to enhance real-time data exchange between aircraft and ground operations. It represents a significant advancement in aviation connectivity, designed to enhance flight operations, situational awareness and improve efficiency for pilots, operators, and airlines by leveraging data connectivity in real-time. Real-time access enables pilots to make informed decisions quickly, adapting to dynamic conditions as they arise.
Honeywell FMS Datalink Communications solutions are designed to seamlessly integrate with various Avionics systems, Flight Management Systems (FMS) and Communication Management Function (CMF), ensuring that pilots and operators can utilize existing systems while benefitting from the additional real-time communication services.
As an Advanced Systems Engineer within our Communications, Navigation, and Surveillance (CN&S) group, you will play an integral role in the development, implementation, and management of sophisticated Avionics systems, notably for Flight Management Systems (FMS) and Aircraft Data Communications technologies. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring these systems meet rigorous safety, security, and operational standards, while also advancing our capabilities in connectivity and aviation communication technologies.
